Shipping Information

  • We ship orders to most destinations within the contiguous United States, APO/FPO, (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with Free Shipping for all orders over $59.00,  and just $7.99 for all orders under $59.00. Special shipping rates apply to the 48 Contiguous United States only.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico requiring Next Day Air or 2 Day Air may incur an additional charge.  All other countries and US Territories are considered International. International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.  International and additional charges will apply.

  • Orders with an APO or FPO address can only be processed if the product lists availability for international shipping. These orders are shipped via USPS for which there is an additional charge. USPS will normally ship 2-5 business days after the order is processed. A physical street address is required for all addresses except those being shipped to an APO or FPO.

General Methods of Delivery
Ground

Packages under 150 lbs and under 160” in girth (length x width x height/3) will ship via parcel package carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Note that the product dimensions listed on the website are not the same as the shipping dimensions, which include the packaging.

Curbside
  • Products arrive by freight truck to the curb in front of your house.

  • You are responsible for removing the product(s) from the truck and carrying them to their final destination. Drivers are not responsible for unloading and carrying parcels from the back of the truck.

  • Recipients must be prepared to have assistance or dollies to unload heavy objects. If you feel that you need additional services to help you move items from the truck into your home or business, once you have received the tracking information via email, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about these additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

  • These deliveries require someone to be present during delivery and are made during normal business hours. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time.  Please note: Delivery agents are not equipped to dispose of packaging materials.

In- Home (White Glove Delivery):

  • For an additional charge, we deliver some oversized products with White Glove service.  If this delivery method is available, it will be noted on the product page. Products arrive by freight truck and are delivered inside your home's front door or room of choice.

White Glove Service includes:
  • Inside placement of items, up to two flights of stairs

  • Unpacking

  • Debris removal

  • Limited placement of item

Please note:
  • White Glove Service includes only 15 minutes of the service described, with no use of tools.

  • White Glove Service does not include any installation services.

  • If a product page indicates that assembly is required (such as on dining tables, chairs, desks, beds, etc.), assembly is your responsibility.

  • The freight carrier will schedule your White Glove Service appointment within a 4-hour window, generally between 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Freight Delivery
  • Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx.  Your product will then be shipped and arrive via a large truck.

  • Two types of freight delivery are used depending on the item(s) purchased: curbside and/or white glove (refer to white glove details above). Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from the shipping date. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window.  Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  • Individual drivers may provide some assistance, but Make Your Deal Now! cannot guarantee this additional service.  Please note the street of access must be at least 10 feet wide with an overhead clearance of at least 14 feet. If the street is smaller than this, additional handling charges may apply.  Exceptions may include apartments, unusual driveways, or any other obstacles that impede delivery.

What to do upon delivery:
  • Most important is to inspect the package at the time of delivery and before you sign the carrier's delivery receipt.

  • It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.

  • If a box is missing, you may accept the delivered pieces, make a note of the shortage on the delivery receipt, and contact our Customer LoyaltyDepartment to locate the missing item(s).

  • You may choose to refuse the delivery if there is unacceptable damage to your item(s). If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. Please contact our Customer Loyalty Department  to notify us of the refusal.

  • If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, record the damages on the carrier's delivery receipt, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces. We will request that any replacement item(s) be sent to you promptly and free of charge.

  • Once you have signed the delivery receipt, including any notation of damage, make sure to ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.  Also, record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

  • If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, please submit a Returns form within 24 hours so that we may resolve the situation immediately.

Additional fees may apply for the following:
Redelivery:
  • Redelivery fees, usually ranging from $25 - $125, will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment.

  • The freight carrier determines whether to reattempt delivery.

  • The freight carrier may return your item to one of our warehouses if the carrier cannot contact you for delivery, or if you miss your delivery appointment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping in that situation.

Storage Charge:
  • You have one business day to respond when a freight carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery time.

  • If you do not respond and the freight carrier stores your item, you will be charged storage fees of up to $50 per day.

  • Daily storage fees may also apply if you do not accept delivery within 3 business days.

Refused Delivery:
  • If you refuse a non-defective or undamaged item, you are responsible for all actual return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping fees range from $100 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item.

  • Some items may also incur a restocking fee.

  • You should pay return shipping fees in advance, directly to the freight carrier.  If not, we may deduct shipping fees from your refund when the item reaches our warehouse.

Time Definite Fee:
  • If you request a specific delivery time outside of the freight carrier's normal business hours, a "time definite" fee may apply.

  • A "time definite" fee ranges from $75 to $125.

  • The freight carrier determines available delivery times. Certain days and times are not available in all areas.

Stair Carry/Extra Labor Fee:
  • If your item is carried inside your residence, unpackaged/assembled, or carried up any flights of stairs by the carrier, extra fees may apply.*

  • The carrier may charge additional fees if steep uphill or downhill slopes lead to the entryway of your residence or business. These fees vary and can exceed $100.

Alaska and Hawaii and International
  • Currently we ship only to the United States, APO/FPO and Canada, but stay tuned for updates.

  • Additional shipping fees, based upon destination; size and weight; and shipping method; apply to items shipped to Alaska, Hawai and Canada.

  • After your offer is accepted Make Your Deal Now! will email you with additional freight charges and shipping options.  

Expedited Shipping

Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.  Expedited shipping fees are based upon the size, weight, and destination. Multiple item rates will calculate separately and then be added together for your convenience.

  • Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination.  Information will be available at checkout.

Oversized Items
Oversized Items Return Policy
  • An Oversized Item is a large product that ships through freight carriers.

  • To determine if a product will ship as an Oversized Item, scroll down on the product's description page to the Product Details section.  There, you will be able to view the specifications.

  • We inspect all Oversized Item returns upon their arrival back at our warehouse.

  • We may give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.

  • We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge we incurred to ship your product to you, as well as the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $100 to $695 or more (depending on size and weight) for the following reasons:

  • The item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse

  • You refuse a delivery without inspection

  • You miss a delivery appointment

  • You return a non-defective or undamaged product
