Sometimes something is just not right. It happens. Since your happiness is our number one priority, we want to make it easy for you to return it. There are some restrictions on returns by the manufacturer so please be sure to check the product page to see if your product is returnable. Oh, and if there is shipping damage or a manufacturer's defect, a return is always accepted and a replacement will be sent.
Any item you return needs to be in its original condition and packaging – we won’t be able to accept a return if something has been assembled or modified in any way.
You should return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The refund will not include any shipping costs.
If you initiate a return after 14 days, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
If you’re returning a product that had free shipping, our cost of shipping to you is deducted from the refund. However, if the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer’s defect in the product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, or exchange it at no cost to you.
Missing or damaged parts: If your item has a missing or damaged part, please contact our Customer Service Loyalty Team directly, by calling us at 1-800-773-5215.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Items that are damaged or abused
Clearance items and discontinued items (will be marked as such)
All Levels of Discovery children’s products
All indoor and outdoor furniture
Any product that lists “this item is not returnable” on the product page
You can expect to receive your refund within a few days of receipt of your product. The manufacturer simply needs to inspect it and let us know all is in order. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment that was used to make your purchase.
How to Return an Item:
Visit ourReturns page and submit a Returns form to obtain and RMA#. TheReturns formmust be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Upon completion of your Returns form you will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions about the return procedure.
The RMA Number must be written visibly on the outside of the returning package. If not, we will be unable to process the credit for the return. Please DO NOT include a copy of your invoice, the RMA Number is all we need to process your return.
If the RMA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused.
If the shipment must be sent back in more than one box, please include the RMA Number on the outside of all packages being shipped.
if shipping labels are placed on the Vendor’s/Manufacturer’s boxes, (the productbox(es) inside the shipping box), or if RMA Numbers are written on the Vendor’s/Manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and will not be eligible for return.
All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in penalties and/or other fees to the customer, up to and including denial of RMA credit.
Make Your Deal is not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged if you choose to ship the return back uninsured or without tracking.
